The “9 On The Park” Development will feature 3 ground floor, one level homes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and under 900sqft of interior space, along with at least one patio area. The upper level homes will all be two level homes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, at least 1000sqft and a rooftop deck.

9 On the Park Prices

The 9 On the Park Development only has a few units left (at the time of writing) and prices start at $599,000 (+ GST) for the ground level homes, and $759,900 (+ GST) for the larger upper level homes.

The deposit structure for this development is 10%: 5% with an accepted offer and 5% after 30 days.

9 On the Park Features

The units in 9 On the Park are being developed by a luxury home builder and a prominent architecture firm, so the interiors should be quite nice. The ground level homes will have 10′ ceilings and the upper level homes will have 9′ ceilings. The units will have hardwood floors through the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The design should contain a lot of cedar and glass to give the spaces an open feel.

Each home will have their own outdoor space, big enough for outdoor dining and relaxing with the ground floor units having private patios and the upper level units having rooftop decks.

The building will also have bike storage lockers, individual storage lockers and underground parking.

Given that it’s a new building, it will come with the 2/5/10 warranty.

Location of 9 On the Park

The location of 9 on the Park is fantastic – across from Guelph Park at the corner of East 7th and Brunswick, which is only a few blocks to Broadway and Main st. This area of town opens up to all the amenities anyone needs – from single professionals to families – with stores, restaurants, bars, community centres, parks, (hopefully) a new Skytrain station, good bike routes and a vibrant neighbourhood in Mount Pleasant. The upper level units in the complex should have city and mountain views from their private rooftop patios.

Terms of Use

The term Virtual Office Website ("VOW") refers to a Participant's (REALTORS®) Internet website, or a feature of a Participant's Internet website, through which the Participant provides real estate brokerage services to Registrants (clients and prospects) with whom the Participant has first established a relationship where the Registrant has the opportunity to search for MLS® data, subject to the Participant's oversight, supervision and accountability.   10. understand the Participant must at all times maintain a record of the name, telephone number and email address supplied by the Registrant, and the username and current password of each Registrant, such records to be kept for not less than 180 days after the expiration of the validity of the Registrant's password. If the Board/Association has reason to believe that a Participant's VOW has caused or permitted a breach in the security of the data or a violation of MLS® rules related to use by one or more Registrants, the Participant shall, upon request, provide to the Board/Association a copy of the record of the name, email address, telephone number, username, current password, and audit trail, if required, of any Registrant identified by the Board/Association to be suspected of involvement in the violation.
