This development is unique in that the Developer completed two other very similar complexes next door, giving the prospective buyers of Phase 3 an opportunity to see the quality of finishings, the type of exterior and other minor details attributed to the lot, the views and the demographics of the other people who have bought. It also gives the Developer a chance to improve upon previous decisions when it comes to design or finishings, making Phase 3 arguably the best option.

The rendering for Phase 3 is in the above image, with Phase 2 beside (with orange detail). There will be one major difference between Phase 1/2 and Phase 3, which is glass balconies rather than metal balconies, giving the exterior a much more modern look, rather than the industrial kind of style of the other two Phases. The exterior will also be a combination of wood siding, hardi-board and stucco exterior, built with the required rain screen system. The parking will be at the back of the complex, with two of the spots being a carport. Garbage and recycling will also be at the back of the complex, which is on a lane. Every unit will have some ground floor patio space surrounded by landscaping.

Interior of The Adanac

The interior of the Adanac will be modern, with Buyers having the option of choosing colour schemes for the cabinets, tiles, counters and flooring. Every unit will be either 3 or 4 levels with a roof top deck.

Every unit will have the kitchen and living space on the main floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the next level, the master bedroom with ensuite on the top level, and then the rooftop deck. The larger 4 level units also have a finished basement with storage, media room and potentially a bathroom and bedroom (this level does not have a lot of natural light and is below grade).

  10. understand the Participant must at all times maintain a record of the name, telephone number and email address supplied by the Registrant, and the username and current password of each Registrant, such records to be kept for not less than 180 days after the expiration of the validity of the Registrant's password. If the Board/Association has reason to believe that a Participant's VOW has caused or permitted a breach in the security of the data or a violation of MLS® rules related to use by one or more Registrants, the Participant shall, upon request, provide to the Board/Association a copy of the record of the name, email address, telephone number, username, current password, and audit trail, if required, of any Registrant identified by the Board/Association to be suspected of involvement in the violation.
