The Vancouver East Townhome and 1/2 Duplex Market has been strong – it’s absorption rate is 21% which is nearing a Seller’s Market, and the number of sales, average price/sqft and days on market remained steady over last month. The median sales price was $665,000 and the average sales price was $642,396, however the sales spread evenly across price brackets with one third of sales under $600k, one third of sales above $750k and one third in between.



The most expensive East Van Townhouse Sale was a luxurious unit in The Brighton across from Science World on Quebec. This almost 2000sqft home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 3 levels of living space. There is a large private rooftop patio with expansive views of False Creek, the City and Mountains. The interior has been redone with high end finishings including a marble bathroom. The building offers 2 parking spots, storage locker and amenities including a pool and hot tub. The unit was listed for $1,118,000 and sold 8 days later for $1,050,000.

The least expensive East Van Townhome sale was a yet to be finished unit in Skala – a new development at E 16th and Prince Edward slated for 2015 completion. This West Coast Modern unit will have 636sqft with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The building will offer parking, a bike room and in suite laundry. This unit in particular has street level access with two patios. It was listed for $359,900 and sold 49 days later for $359,900.

  10. understand the Participant must at all times maintain a record of the name, telephone number and email address supplied by the Registrant, and the username and current password of each Registrant, such records to be kept for not less than 180 days after the expiration of the validity of the Registrant's password. If the Board/Association has reason to believe that a Participant's VOW has caused or permitted a breach in the security of the data or a violation of MLS® rules related to use by one or more Registrants, the Participant shall, upon request, provide to the Board/Association a copy of the record of the name, email address, telephone number, username, current password, and audit trail, if required, of any Registrant identified by the Board/Association to be suspected of involvement in the violation.
