The East Vancouver Real Estate Market continues to be busy with an increase in sales across all markets and some decreases in average price. The detached house market hasn’t slowed down and the condo market also saw a big increase in activity with 40% more sales than last month. The townhouse and half duplex market was also busy, with lots of new inventory hitting the market (thanks to a number of newly built properties).
Now that we’re entering into November and getting closer to Christmas, many Buyers who have taken the last few months to get a sense of the market and inventory, and to secure their financing, are finally starting to jump on properties, including those that have been on the market in the past and didn’t sell originally.
