The East Vancouver townhouse market had a 59% sales to active ratio, down from the year’s high of 119% but double to years low of 28%. Total inventory right now is at 44, which is the highest it’s been this year, but is still half of last year’s high. Average price increased significantly over last month – from $762k to $933k – and currently sits at the highest average price we’ve seen, and by a significant number. The average price per sqft increase to $673/sqft, another high for the townhouse market. Days on market currently sits at an average of 24 days, which is longer than most might assume in this market.
