Frances Living is located at Frances and Victoria Dr, and will be a collection of fifteen 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses with roof top decks and parking. The 2 bedroom homes have direct access to this parking spot, 3 bed homes have to go down a common staircase. Storage lockers can be purchased, depending on availability. The exterior will be a combination of brick, aluminum and hardi-plank siding.
The deposit structure for Frances Living is 5% with a firm contract (which would be 5 business days after signing the original contract), with another 5% within 90 days and the final 5% within 175 days.
Below are the prices the Developer was asking for the first round of townhouses they released for sale back in June – these prices are subject to change – but it gives you an idea of what they were expecting originally. And yes, all townhouses they released for sale in June did sell, and I expect the same with the next round of units!
