BOLD on Fraser St and East 19th Ave
If you’re driven down Fraser St in East Vancouver lately, you have likely seen the signs indicating that a new condo development will be built: BOLD on Fraser. This new condo development in East Van is being developed by Landa, designed by Francl Architecture and built by Kindred Construction. BOLD will have 30 units over 4 stories, with some great outdoor space on the top floor. The building will be a mix of three 1 bedroom + den and twenty-seven 2 bedroom units, with prices starting at $329,900 for the lower level 1 bedrooms, and prices starting at $369,900 for the lower level 2 bedroom units (units with big patios on the top floor will command a higher price).
Condos in BOLD on Fraser will all have:
- Useable Outdoor Space (as in, you can fit a BBQ and some seating)
- Engineered Hardwood Floors
- NEST Thermostat
- Kitchens with Quartz Counters, Whirlpool Appliances and added pot lights
- Bathrooms with Quartz Counters, 59″ soaker tubs, tiled surrounded and Grohe fixtures
- In Suite Laundry
- One Year of free Telus Optik TV & Cable
- Secured Underground Parking, Storage Lockers and Bike Storage
The building itself will also offer an amenity/meeting room with a kitchen and an inner courtyard for some outdoor space. Because BOLD on Fraser is a new building, it will have the standard 2-5-10 year building warranty (2 years for materials, 5 years for exterior, 10 years for structure).
The location of BOLD on Fraser is in an upcoming neighbourhood, between the “Fraserhood” at Fraser and Kingsway (with some great restaurants and coffee shops) and the budding Fraser and King Ed area (home to some of our favourites: Graze Restaurant and Earnest Ice Cream). BOLD will be neighbours with the Jethro’s Fine Grub, a Vancouver institution know for good food. Being on Fraser, you’re right on some major transit lines to get you into the city, and is only about 6 blocks to Main St. Robson Park (a big green space with tennis courts) is located just North of Fraser and Kingsway.
Contact the WeLoveEastVan team for more information about BOLD. The building hasn’t yet started sales, but that will happen very quickly. Buying a unit directly from the Developer is a slightly different process than buying from another seller, so you want to ensure that you’re protected – we will make sure that you know what you’re signing, and what you can expect when you’re buying a new condo “on paper”, long before it’s ever built.
