Commercial Drive, similar to Mount Pleasant and Kitsilano, has a lot of older condo buildings, though the area is starting to see a few newer build. This will give Buyers the choice between an older building with a little more square footage in the unit and regular building maintenance, or a newer building with less square footage in the unit but less building maintenance (at least for a number of years).
