East Vancouver Condo Comparison
Stella is one of SOMA’s (South Main in Mount Pleasant East) best buildings. There are quite a few newer (i.e. 2005 or newer) built buildings in the area that offer great amenities (think roof top decks, great gyms, etc) and are in one of East Vancouver’s most popular neighbourhoods – only a few blocks to Main St, a vibrant area of town with great restaurants and bars, local shops and lots to do.
Stella at 2770 Sophia St (at Kingsway and East 12th) is one of the better buildings, thanks to its high quality construction and good layouts. Built in 2008, this building offers a bike room, elevator, gym, garden, in-suite laundry, covered balconies and secure parking. Below are two 2-bedroom units currently for sale in Stella with very similar floor plans and finishings except a couple major differences.
