Fraserview is the neighbourhood in East Vancouver bordered by E 54th to the north, Knight St to the west, Kerr St the east and the Fraser River to the south.
Fraserview is a neighbourhood in South Vancouver, between South Vancouver and Champlain Heights, east of Marpole, north of Richmond and west of Burnaby. Fraserview is near the new “River District Community” (found in Champlain Heights) though it will benefit from the increased density, development and interest.
The Fraserview Golf Course is a popular destination for those looking to hit the links and the area has a number of old and new commercial outlets including car dealerships, grocery, outlet stores, the new Marine Gateway Community and more. Transit in Fraserview is quite good, with a plethora of buses running along SE Marine Drive, with easy access to the SW Marine (at Cambie) Canada Line Station and the Knight St Bridge.
In terms of Real Estate, Fraserview has a mix of detached houses, townhouses and condos, some of which are on Leasehold Land (which explains the slightly lower prices than expected). The detached houses can be found north of SE Marine Dr, whereas the are close to the water has the newer (1990’s and more recent) townhouses and condos.
